The Ecumenical Chaplaincy at the University of Toronto and St Michael’s campus ministry hosts a weekly gathering focused on understanding better the story of the gospel and how it intersects with our own beliefs and lives. This is done by watching episodes from the fifth season of the Chosen (see here for which episode we are watching each week). Following the viewing, we’ll talk about the episode, focusing particularly on how it relates to and challenges our understandings of who Jesus is and what following God looks like.
These events are inclusive to all spiritual backgrounds (or none) and are open to anyone who wants to discuss questions about faith and spirituality. We seek to be a diverse gathering of students who can explore spirituality, faith, and deep questions together.
